I encountered an issue with ordering through a delivery service and didn't receive the main component of my meal. I called the restaurant to see if perhaps the driver forgot the food but the gentleman I spoke to (may have been the manager) was only concerned about ensuring we received our food. To my surprise, he drove the food to my residence himself. I was overly impressed with that level of service. There is no question that Chuy's food is spectacular, but they just stepped up their game with extraordinary customer service. Wish I could give them more than 4 stars!

I had lunch with a few friends at Chuy's today. As always, the food was fantastic however the best part of our lunch was the service.
Juan was our server and literally provided the best service I think I've ever experienced. Extremely attentive and went well above and beyond to satisfy our individual requests.

Chuy's is easily my favorite Tex-Mex chain. Every part of the experience is excellent on every visit, from the food to the service. Everything I've ever eaten here is so well made and tasty. Of course, don't forget to top your meal off with a piece of Tres Leches cake!

The food is decent, not outstanding, but the chips and salsa are quite tasty. The atmosphere is fantastic with a pleasant vibe, and there's plenty of seating options, including both indoor and outdoor patios.

Really amazing service. Fast and nice. Good food. Good prices. Overall very happy! The taco salad mix uses spinach which is always nice! And the churro bites are amazing. Salsa is super fresh and so is guac. 10/10

I love Chuys. One of my fav tex mex spots. I always get an entree with the boom boom sauce, if you like spicy it's definitely a must try. Also if you like dessert, the tres leches cake is one of the best I've had. The service at this location was great And they were very fast as well.

We popped into this establishment at 8:30, not knowing they closed at 9. The meals came fast, and the server was extremely polite and patient with me. I ordered the hard taco with a cheese enchilada. The taco was overstuffed, and the cheese enchilada was excellent. My husband ordered the tortilla soup, and he absolutely loved it! We drank margaritas, and as with the meal, they were excellent!!! I recommend this place to anyone!
