Absolutely fantastic food at this little gem! Amazing, spicy salsa, super fresh chips and taco shells, flawless tortillas. Excellent service, food came quickly and we just loved it. Everything was truly great and we will be back ASAP!
A great place for authentic Mexican food!! The tortillas are amazing with butter, taste just like my Abuelita made. The margaritas were perfect and hit the spot, along with the delicious food.
I grew up going to Gonzalez and it’s a family favorite. I’m happy we had a chance to go as a family this morning. We enjoyed serval different dishes with the same great taste we remember. I would recommend the carne guisada. The horchata is my favorite!
Our friends took us here! Omg I thought the tortillas were pancakes lol they were so light, fluffy and thick. The lemonade refreshing. The food was amazing. Definitely be back.

Small place with very friendly good service. The chips and salsa were great. I had the menudo, which probably has been my fav restaurant menudo thus far. Very large portion. Decent prices. The tortillas would have been perfect, except they were slightly undercooked. I could taste the raw dough.
This place has the best chicharrones con huevos I've ever had! Their tortillas are amazing as well. I would ask for the salsa Verde with the chips instead of the red salsa they bring you. I highly recommend this place.

What an amazing experience! In the 35 years I have lived in Texas this establishment definitely stands out as one of the best (if not the best)authentic Mexican food I've ever had. I wish I knew about this place a long time ago. We were very impressed with the staff, especially a man named Rey. Guaranteed 5 stars! This is seriously a must go to if you're in Dallas! Very impressed!
