First time being in this Dallas mall and the Godiva staff was wonderful, helped me out with picking out chocolates, as I bought a lot and the cashier suggested to get something else for more bang for my buck (like the mint chocolates rather than buying them individually). I felt like literally a small kid in a candy store who saw chocolate again for the first time, especially with all the limited edition products they put out. All in all was a great experience. However I think on my rewards card, for me getting one the first time, the cashier put my email in wrong as I never gotten an email from Godiva. If I could get into contact and hopefully give them the card number to change my email I will be forever grateful.
Great customer service and chocolate, employees were accommodating and helpful. Provided excellent advice and knowledge on the products. Employees Genny and Hillary greeted my company and I and made us feel welcome and helped us to select our products. Overall the staff was excellent and we would most definitely return to this location.

I recently went into this Godiva and was blown away. Mindy was quick to greet me and assist me in finding what I was looking for. She went out of her way to make sure my gift looked incredible! She was so sweet treating me to an extra sample while she packaged it all up. I'll be back just for her amazingly positive personality!!
The store is very nice. Staff is awesome. One in particular was super helpful and kind would be Mindy. She went above and beyond in my eyes to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and maybe a little more. Godiva definently has a team player and hard worker with that one. Highly would recommend to others her helping you out if you go in there. Thanks again Godiva and Mindy for awesome customer service and products.
This store is my favorite, the people work there are amazing especially Jacque. Such a sweet and social lady. She answered all my questions with a big heart and a smile. She hlped me pick a good variety of chocolates. She is such a great person that she was as nice to my two year old. Thanks for being nice to my daughter.

The manager, Mindy, is always so great whenever I stop in to get a tasty treat! She always has a big smile on her face and is more than willing to help answer any questions I have! I highly recommend stopping in and seeing her whenever visiting the Galleria.
The fact that it's a chain knocks off one star immediately.... just because. I'm not a fan of chains.
The chocolate is really good, but I wouldn't say amazing. They don't make the chocolates on-site, but they do make chocolate covered strawberries (sexually appetizing from what I've heard), and other chocolate covered things there.
The service is ok. It's the Galleria, so the staff is a bit pretentious and rude, but I guess they did their job. They gave me chocolates, I gave them money. ...transaction complete!
And, as mentioned in other reviews, you get free chocolate if you sign up for the monthly club or whatever. It's nice. Get a free piece of chocolate on occasion.

Bought chocolates for valentines day this year. My girlfriend loved all of them! Also bought ground coffee with hint of chocolate. It's not too strong as other ground coffee but smells GREAT
