Vibe is really good. Food is also good but pork broth was bit less in ramen bowl. I wish it was more of a broth and less of a noodles.

Affordable, and very tasty ramen. The open concept kitchen is a nice touch, and the service was attentive and fast. Great spot for a quick ramen dinner.

Tried Jinya in Vancouver, BC and loved it. So when I came to know it opened in Dallas, I had to try and it didn’t disappoint. Loved their fiery vegan ramen and the caramelized cauliflower.

Found out about this ramen franchise from Denver. We tried chicken spicy, tonkotsu original, spicy miso ramen, and black ramen. All were good. Also salmon and spicy cones was good and unique as they serve it with raw rice.

Had a late Sunday lunch here and it was not busy but super slow service. We had spicy miso and tonkatsu black ramen, both were a good size and reasonable priced but the broth was not as hot as I expected.

The food is so good I'm willing to overlook the wait in the 100 degree heat. By far the best ramen in Texas. The appetizers had unique burst of flavors and the broth of the ramen is rich. Extra: who ever wrote the happy birthday has very good handwriting

Lychee martinis are $9 during happy hour. Which I guess isn’t that much of a happy hour but they are delicious. This place is reliable and I’ve never had problems getting seated. Get the seasoned egg in your ramen of course

We came here to try the ramen. It was ok, 3 out of 5 stars. The flavor and temp was good, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Just disappointment in the presentation and lack of fresh ingredients, but I could’ve ordered more add-ons. But for the price, the tonkotsu ramen should be served with egg and nori. Service and atmosphere was great. Really wish the ramen was more upscale, but we’ll be back to try other menu items.

The Spicy Miso Ramen made my day! The perfect amount of spice, thicker than average noodles, and a really nice miso flavor base. I’d recommend adding chashu too!
