My granddaughter and I stopped in after church for a quick brunch before starting our holiday shopping. Our server Sha was excellent. Very friendly. Knowledgeable of the menu. Made great suggestions. My granddaughter had the salmon sliders excellent, and the barbecue burger.
I love coming here for happy hour! The appetizers are delicious & the martinis area MUST to have here. Personally my favorite is Diva. I love to get their flatbread as well!
Took my daughter to lunch while shopping. This "bar" had lunch specials sign out front between clothing stores and shoes. We decided to give it a try. Rocky start with a glass with someone else's lipstick on the rim, but our server was really nice about it. We went for appetizers with cheese curds and calamari. Excellent choices if I do say so myself. I opted for french onion soup as my main, and LA chose the chicken with avocado wrap and tots. Tots were temperature challenged, but the wrap was delish. Soup was hot and stringy cheesey, which I loved. Our server, Zach, navigated the dirty glass AND the cold tots with aplomb. He smiled throughout both compliments and complaints. We so appreciated his great attitude and energy. He earned the place its fourth star.
Atmosphere is cool. Food has slipped a little from original quality but it's still decent bar food. Service is a little slow and aloof. Not as friendly as before, especially like Allen and the Old Garland location. Maybe they could hire some perky friendly females to help the situation, like behind the bar??? It does have a cool patio. I'll give them another shot!
Pretty cool bar and restaurant, although they seemed short handed which made the service a bit slow. We sat at the bar for an early bite, but once the bar got crowded it was more difficult to get the bartenders attention. We did see people come in and leave when no one came to their table. The margherita I got was very good, and large selection of beers. We started with the appetizer of chips with salsa, guacamole and queso, it was really good. Then we just split the margherita flatbread and we were surprised at how tasty it was! We also got a side of their macaroni, it was good but looked like a bowl of soup, was hard to eat with a fork. Overall, cool place.
Honest review. Erica is amazing!!! She provided a great service. There was another American African guy, he was great as well, he checked on me a lot in a very polite way. Julian not so much. You need to train him on service
I finally got to experience Bar Louie for a meeting and Christmas gathering. Our server, Xavieon, was top-notch, handling a party of nearly twenty guests!
The food was delicious and my strawberry margarita was on point! A few appetizers I had were wings, fried pickles, and veggie flatbread (so good, I got one to-go). The Voodoo Pasta was my main thang! 😋
This location has a covered patio with large-screen TVs, ample seating and heat (because, Texas...in December). Since it's 3rd floor, you can see the mall activity - busy for the holidays, of course. Consider reserving this area for a comfy-cool-casual vibe, but be aware that smoking is allowed outside.
There was an issue that day with the restroom, but public restrooms are one floor down, easily accessible by elevator, escalator or stairs.

Have been here a few times now. The food is decent but are drinks are always great! Staff isn’t terribly slow but surely in no hurry. Will still return due to their positive attitudes and the drinks. Pictured is the Patty melt and the salmon sliders.
I'm not sure. I stopped by Sunday night, when greeted by bartender I notified that there was a spill she told me they would grab a towel. She then placed my debit card in said spill and after 10 min never cleaned up the mess. I had one drink and promptly left. $12 drink and my hands were sticky.
I’m Mexican, so that when I saw on the menu “chilaquiles” I was surprised. And yes! This Chilaquiles plate has been the best I have eaten here in Dallas. It looks like the Mexican dish, my unique recommendation is add more green sauce. Also the tacos taste good and no grassy, which was great for me. The got chocolate taste really delicious. Finally, the Churros were great. My only complaint is that the potatoes were too hot and I almost burnt. The atmosphere is very nice and friendly.
