I stopped by here to get some hot tea and a pastry as a quickie snack. The service was very good and the snack was fattening. I don't regret sneaking in this delicious item so, I won't be sending this particular review to my spouse for her to see. The water was hot enough to enjoy my tea.

Visiting Miami from Arkansas....we came every day for a week to get breakfast and the famous Cuban coffee...amazing staff so friendly and fast service!!

Line was long yes but went by pretty quick. Actuallt got great service from this location. 1st Dunkin ever. Very nice young man helped me decide what to get. Very impressed with him as a lot of fast food workers these days aren't very helpful. They're impatient and short with you when you're indecisive.

I’ve been here twice in the last week, and I must say, the woman with the big stylish glasses at the register had an unexpected positive impact on my day with her bubbly personality and cheerful attitude. Thank you for that. Side note: I personally think the sourdough breakfast sandwich is the most underrated item on the menu!

I can’t believe they don’t have cold 1L Smartwater. Otherwise the service and food was good.

Service was good. Coffee and donuts all I needed. Knocked off 1 star cause the way Gary was yelling for people to stop getting in line cause they are closed. I had no issues but it looked like a few people wanted to give him a piece of their mind. Lady behind the counter with the long eyelashes was super nice!

Not sure why people are giving bad reviews. Sometimes it the customer ahead of the line who can't make up their minds. If you don't know coffee by now regular or decaf are both good. Don't try to get fancy cuz you just hold up everyone else. My donut was super soft and tasty not stale. Yes on my way out I will stop again. Go Dunkin...
