Went to this Starbucks on Black Friday to get my birthday reward. The barista at the register was so patient while I was resetting my password and re logging back into my app. It was slam packed and every partner here was on their A-game and absolutely killing it! You guys are fantastic! ❤️
Evan is the kindest sweetheart ever!! He’s really good at making customers feel like friends & keeps us coming back with the amazing guest connection!! Always so kind and blissful even in the busiest of times.
I’m not sure what the cashiers name was but she was absolutely amazing. She was nice and talked with so much joy it was contagious.the store can get a little packed sometimes during the weekend but the employees always try to maintain it clean.
Starbucks @ Galleria Dallas Mall is fabulous. Friendly, hard working staff, clean. You can enjoy your beverage while looking down on the indoor ice skating rink. Boom!!!
This location was great. 😊👍 The employees were very friendly, accurate with our order, quick, and served with a big smile. The girl whom served us was very informative of the menu, coffee flavors, etc. Very knowledgeable & helpful. (Sweet girl) The place was very neat and clean. Our drinks were delicious too. I really liked this location.
My favorite coffee shop in Galleria Dallas. I like their cookies and coruscants. The stuff is little expensive as compared to other restaurants like cornor bakery or McDonald's in the mall.
This location is almost always really busy, as expected at a mall, yet it's really clean and waiting time isn't bad. Gotta say what I love most is the service and atmosphere. Baristas are always friendly and very helpful. Dalia, Judith, Rei, Calvin, Evan, and Xavon are amazing. Keep up the excellent job guys!

The crew members are such hard workers, they work together on finishing drinks and they make drinks fast and quick!! I love coming here before work the get the usual and I love seeing the friendly faces and smiles. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen!! You guys are amazing!!!
