Starbucks @ Galleria Dallas Mall is fabulous. Friendly, hard working staff, clean. You can enjoy your beverage while looking down on the indoor ice skating rink. Boom!!!

The girl whom served us was very informative of the menu, coffee flavors, etc. Very knowledgeable & helpful. (Sweet girl) The place was very neat and clean. Our drinks were delicious too. My favorite coffee shop in Galleria Dallas. I like their cookies and coruscants. The stuff is little expensive as compared to other restaurants like cornor bakery or McDonald's in the mall.

This location is almost always really busy, as expected at a mall, yet it's really clean and waiting time isn't bad. Gotta say what I love most is the service and atmosphere. Baristas are always friendly and very helpful. Dalia, Judith, Rei, Calvin, Evan, and Xavon are amazing. Keep up the excellent job guys!

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. The red headed young girl that took our order was very patient and was very sweet. Then the young guy that was making the drinks Jesus, was his name I believe. He did a great job making our drinks. They were very good. He was very sweet.

I love galleria Starbucks! I go here almost everytime im in the mall. I always order ahead and they have my order ready by the time I'm there. Sometimes it's busy and it might take a second to get my order but this is a very busy location. They do amazing considering most of their employees day is just go go go go go. Kudos to them

This Starbucks is an extremely high volume location. Yes, it is on the smaller side as far as seating goes, but most people don't sit and drink their coffee when they are walking around a mall, so it is pretty adequate for the size. Yes, there are usually about four employees working. One person takes the orders, one person takes care of the food, another takes care of making the drinks and another person takes care of the cleaning and stocking. They all have their specific assigned jobs and they have to stick to it because of the size of the location. It's actually quite efficient when you get down to it. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are very good. Customers just need to realize that just because you place a mobile order, doesn't mean that you will get your drink faster. Orders are made in the order they are received and some drinks take longer than others because of the amount of ingredients and the process they have to go through to be made (i.e., frappuccinos). It's always worth the wait, though.
