People that work here are always happy and singing. Today they gave me my food and coffee for free just because it was late and they were running out ingredients. I appreciate this customer service!

Great service and bagels. Love y to he open face Nova Lox on a toasted everything. Priced right too. Went to other “upscale” bagel places that never seem to get my order right.

I ordered a couple of sandwiches and a brunch box this morning. The sandwiches were incorrect, but when I called the store, they said they would deliver the correct sandwiches and even gave us some extra treats. The nurses loved the brunch box. That's great customer service. Thank you!

I'm so glad they opened up nearby. I was really craving lox and bagel and didn't want to pay and arm and a leg. The ladies here were super friendly and the service was quick. There's no seating, so it's to-go only. They had an order ahead stand so if you want even faster service, use their website or app. The bagel was yummy. I wish I had a smidge more cream cheese, but I def got enough. The onion and salmon were fresh too. I'd come back again!

My new favorite bagel spot! These ladies and gents are superb. I come in practically everyday and order a chocolate bagel or a six cheese bagel to perfection. Friendly, efficient, accommodating and just what I need and like! Happy this location is here so please start patronizing :)

The most amazing Service!!! In the world of technology I was unable to order my regular (Cinnamon Gourmet) Bagel thru the delivery service app. I called the store Ahead of time and all three assosiates were eager to help me and walk me through placing the order so they could correct it before it comes to me. sometimes I lose hope on companies and their commitment to the customers. Einstein got it right this time!!! 5 stars!

Despite having been slightly disappointed in the past for minor mistakes this location has made, I am quite pleased with the way they have redeemed themselves. I have visited most locations since my pervious upset with this store, and I have noticed a considerable difference with how this location handles their customers. All of Einstein’s establishments could learn from how this location condones their work ethic.
