Tops is a little gem downtown that has really great food for really reasonable prices. It’s my little secret for downtown living. The staff is friendly and will remember your name after only a few visits no frills, good eating, and a pretty expansive menu.
DOWN TOWN PEOPLE. Service was great and the owner made us fell wellcome.The food was very good and we will go back in the future, to try all the items on the menu. We felt like this is a resturant accually gives people there moneys worth. Highly recomended
EXCELLENT!!!!. I will definitely be going back to this hole-in-the-wall burger/seafood/Chinese food place. The burgers are very good and although give the impression of a greasy burger seemed to have lean well cooked meat.
But mostly I will be going back to try their Chinese food...My co-worker and I walked in for the burgers and will be going back for the Chinese food. It smelled and looked delicious and we almost lost view of the ultimate goal...burgers...but next Friday the goal will be curried chicken and sauteed veges...or sweet and sour wings...or fried rice and chicken...the list goes on...

Happy I found Top's. Great, friendly service. Cost value is very reasonable. Sandwiches and burgers taste great. Turkey burger is a favorite. Fresh and cooked to order. Chinese food is also tasty. Haven't tried the fish yet.
Two seating areas. The small area next to main dining room is quiet and relaxing.
I come here every few days to get food since I go to a programming school across the street. Gotta say that the food is fantastic. The burgers are fantastic and I love their sesame chicken. The lady who runs the front is the sweetest lady I've ever met. The bigget plus about this place is the price of a meal is super cheap for the portion sizes you get.

Recently moved from Detroit to Dallas. This place reminded me of home. A great hole in the wall burger joint. Juicy burger set atop a grilled bun with all the fixins, onion rings and drink for under $10! Worth every penny. Keep your eyes open for the front door; it doesn't stand out.
Small diner style offerings. Had the cheeseburger and onion rings.Decent burger but the rings seemed like the frozen variety. Nice enough service and food but probably not for a first date option. Recommended to try.

Parking here sucks! I enetered the parking lot through the side street and didnt see that you had to pay for parking at the main entrance. Came out after about 30 minutes and my car was booted. $104 fine!!
This is in walking distance across from the library. I love their authentic home cooked burgers and only eat theirs! Always hot and fresh. They are so fast! They also have Chinese food.
This place is so good, I unexpectedly hung up a call on my girlfriend to place an order once. I got home and got into a huuuuuge argument where I had to sleep on the couch that night. Under the solitude of the night and the warmth of my dog curling up next to me there were only two things going on. My girlfriend's voice in the background sporadically repeating herself over and over as she ranted on about this and that... but most importantly: the long cherished memory of taking a bite out of that juicy, cooked to perfection burger that left me wanting to eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the rest of my mortal days.
6/5 stars would (did) eat there again. Couch nights were totally worth it.
Ive eaten here about 20 times now and love it. Double cheeseburger tastes old fashioned dekicious. Chinese diahes are good too. I also like the chicken fried steak sandwich. Dbl cheeseburger with friea and drink is 7.00, tax included.
Delicious food, super affordable, polite workers, simple and cozy atmosphere, what more could you ask for! I can't wait to go back and try their Thai food, this will be my new go to eatery.
