This is good chicken. If you are from Chicago you will definitely appreciate this place. The mild sauce is the real deal and the best way to have the chicken is Chicago style with the mild sauce over everything. I will return when in the area or when I need a taste of home. The 4 star is because the specials advertised on the screen were not available, and my hubby (as well as many others) had to leave and get cash. It does take a long time but it is fresh full wings being fried, so I feel that should be expected.
Freshest/Tastiest Chicken my wife and I have had. We get their 8 piece dark special all the time. BUT.. we CALL AHEAD. They make it FRESH, so it's usually ready in about 15-20 minutes. We can TASTE the difference, so it's worth it! In October 2019, they're moving to a new location over by Midway and Park in Plano. Can't wait to see their new place!

I go here about once a week. Chicken dinner specials on Wednesday and Thursday. My food is always hot and juicy. I've only had 1 issue when I didn't get an order of fries but they made up for it. I usually order online to avoid waiting. It's usually ready at the time they say. Love this place!
Chicken is good you wont be disappointed!customer service was dry and did not feel welcoming more of a I just want your money and keep it moving vibe. I can say food is fresh cook to order shout out to the cook,did not have the pleasure of meeting him but I could hear him from the kitchen and from one chef to another I can tell from his upbeat attitude he truly has a passion for cooking because of him I gave this spot 4 stars. Customer service can make or break a business the owner should try working on that.

In my opinion the best chicken out here. Call in order or be prepared to WAIT (it's all made fresh to order) so it is what it is. Just be forewarned if you pop in for some chicken you looking at a good 30min. Also this is important get the seasoning and or sauce on the actual chicken and fries. I recommend extra lemon pepper and mild sauce. Nice people good food.
Good chicken, we ran into this place after church and I am glad we did. The chicken was crispy, and moist on the inside. The customer service was good as well. The young lady at the front was very attentive. The price was good for what we ordered.
The only reason I didn't give it a 5, was because I believe the side options could gave been a little better, and it would have been nice to have a fountain drink as apposed to bottle drinks.
Overall, a good Sunday meal!!
The food was good, just pricey. It was my first time there and opposed to the cashier offering me a special, I ended up paying full price for less chicken! Also, I never have had to pay for sauce in my life when purchasing food, why is this a thing? For as high as the food is you could at least throw in some sauce since that is the separator from the rest. With that being said, the chicken was hot fresh and juicy. I will go back but not weekly, maybe quarterly.
