Visited the metroplex area for a few days and although I am from California and loyal to our local favorite Hamburger - you know the one, I have to have a Whataburger when visiting my Texas Fam. This location was a newer location, and relatively clean. By that I mean tables were a bit dirty and needed a wipe down, but it’s a busy location and I am not that uptight. The staff was friendly but not attentive. This I can say is a noticeable difference with my local fav - they have energy! The double is the go to ! Fries are ok, I could pass them up and order two single burgers instead.

First time at this location, I like that it's open 24 hours and close to work. I used the app to order my food. I was happy with my burger, I get it just like I ordered it. The staff was pretty good but definitely had to wait for my food longer then the app said I would. Im pretty sure I will visit again

I would give 5 stars but I did not get my onion rings like I ordered, instead they gave me fries.

Manager was hands down the best representative for this company. Listened, assessed the situation and explained it promptly and professionally, heard and understood concerns and resolved the situation logically and immediately. This could have ended in a frustrated yelling match (maybe not yelling, but still, an upset patron) but instead, the situation was resolved and she has a guaranteed customer for life (OC4L).
Katrina or Brittany is her name and she is not only a worthwhile employee, but more importantly a worthwhile human. So to her, I say "Thank you."

They're amazing here. And the eating area is a great temperature and isn't freeze drying everyone with air conditioning. Definitely ask them their AC settings. Btw new white chocolate raspberry shakes are in!

This location wasn't busy when I visited. The service was great. The food was delicious. Th seating area was clean. Parking lot was well lit. The burger was made to my order. I did have to wait and no one was in line when I arrived but not a big deal. When in area, I definitely will return

Loved the food just not how they listened had a ex roomate get a burger and asked for no mustard due to being allergic and they didn't listen and my ex roomate had a allergic reaction and this was around 9 o'clock at night and when we called they made it look like the avocado burger didn't come with mustard when in fact it did we checked

Very good burgers. We tried the WHATABURGER. and the WHATCHICKEN BURGER. shakes were good too. I don’t know why I had never tried these. Well we love in Colorado. But that is definitely a trip we will have to make more often. I like their motto. A nation under GOD. indivisible.

Soda fountain is out of service tonight!!! What am I gonna do? Haha, tea is a good substitute. Most of the 1 star reviews who visited this location so many times and the one time they get something slightly wrong, they pounce on this place with a bad review. Not me, I have been here for years and so far so good. I order the breakfast platter, chicken tenders and their tasty burger. Some days it's blah and some days it's great. But I've not been sick one time and go home happy. My favorite snack is the fries and you can never go wrong with that.
