Hands down, the best seafood I've had in a while! As a huge seafood lover, if recommend this place to anyone! Clean, great customer service, and great options! Worth every penny!
Excellent service ... and don’t be intimidated by the long lines. You’re in and you’re out very quickly. The food quality is excellent, I highly recommend the ‘Black Box’ If you are a seafood lover. And if you have a sweet tooth, get a bag of cookies...yummy yum yum!
I found out about this place off the web and decided to try it once I got to Dallas. This spot is definitely in the hood but that doesn't take away from the great food and customer service I received. Everything was fresh and piping hot. If you don't eat seafood don't worry they have other options for you and to top it off they cater to those with seafood allergies!!!!👍👍 I definitely recommend you stopping by and giving them a try. The best Cajun food I've had, ever! Everything was so juicy, meaty, and seasoned to perfection. Oh, so so good! The black box was full of hotness!

Ordered online. Food was ready when I arrived. The staff was nice and friendly. I honestly was expecting more flavor from the black box but the quality was great for the price. The fried fish was good. The shrimp were a little overcooked but I definitely would come back to try something different

First of all, I must thank Felicia for her help with our order. This was our 2nd time visiting this place and let me tell you, the “ALL FRIED BOX” is everything!!! They told us in advance that they were out of lobster tails, so they gave us extra fish as a replacement.
The fried corn was something I never had before and oh my goodness it was so delicious!!! The fried wings, fried catfish and fried shrimp was also amazing!!! I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I skipped the gym today to get this because I know they close earlier during the week than on the weekend!
If you’ve not visited this little place, you must do so real soon!!! The ole skool koolaid was on point as well! The only reason I gave only 3 stars for the atmosphere is because it’s such a small place and with so many people in the inside placing orders or waiting for their food, it’s pretty loud and hard to hear.
The only thing we had last weekend that wasn’t good was the “crack cookies” which are basically praline and pecans, but they weren’t fresh at all unfortunately and they tasted several days old. I believe the cookies are made by an outside vendor, but regardless they should be fresh on the shelf. I’ll definitely be returning to Aunt Irene’s Kitchen!!! ♥️
Visited the Desoto location today and if I must say the chicken was fried fresh and was very tasty and the service was excellent I will definitely be going back me and my mother ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Food is always delicious! Fresh All Fried Box w/ fish,shrimp,lobster tail,chicken wings and corn. Next day I got the Hood Burger! It was seasoned very well. Prices!

The food taste really awesome. Very well prepared. My salad was cold and fresh. Except the eggs was not fresh but still edible. The pasta was great not over cooked and seasoned to perfection. I am unhappy with the portion size. The bowl for the pasta is the size of the palm of my hand. For 25 bucks I just wanted more. At least toast some garlic bread or something. Lol Strawberry cake was good and moist and priced fair at 4 bucks. The salad was fair priced at 18 bucks I felt it would be better with homemade dressing for the price. Those cheap dressing they gave with the salad was nasty glad I had my own to use. No one was nice or mean. No vibe. The food is good
I love the way they service the community, some lady came in from the community and the man who handles everyone getting their food asked her if she was hungry. Im assuming that he knew her and she said yes . He hold on right here and I got you.. he didn't have to help here but he did ,that speaks volumes more than the food itself.. but let's not forget about the food it lived up to all the hype 😋 delicious and pretty fast for all the food they were serving... awesome place
