My daughter and I were guests at this iconic hotel last week. The experience started the moment I walked in. Jenna the front desk employee greeted me with a warm smile, immediately found our reservation she answered all my questions, is without a doubt a valuable employee. We enjoyed two breakfasts in the City Hall, again service was great, employees engaged and committed to ensuring all was as ordered. I did not get the name of the gentleman host but he kept things running smoothly. I so enjoyed the atmosphere during our entire stay. Kudos to staff and management this kind of hospitality is rare. Gracias

Oh my gosh! Where to start with this amazing hotel... My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 4 nights about 2 weeks ago for an anniversary. We did not want to leave! While we were given an upgrade, the room was one of the largest rooms we have ever stayed in. I do not remember her name but the girl that checked us in was so accommodating and we were so grateful for the upgrade. We tried all of the restaurants and bars at this property including the rodeo bar (many times) city hall for breakfast each morning, the french room, pool bar and the coffee shop on the first floor. All were so unique and wonderful in different ways. Shout out to the French Room bar for making some of the best cocktails we have ever had! All of the staff working at this hotel was so kind, fun and helpful. The young girl and guy duo that were working at the pool bar on Friday evening towards closing time were so fun and gave us great tips on things to do while we were in Dallas. We very much enjoyed talking with them that evening. I noticed a lot of reviews mentioned the elevators not working and while our room was on the 22nd floor I was worried about this but we didn't have any issues with that either, all worked fine throughout the stay. I also had the pleasure of getting a spa service while I was there and that was great as well. I believe her name was Heather (I have to get better at remembering names while traveling) We very much look forward to returning to Dallas and more importantly staying at this hotel again in the near future!

Great hotel in a good spot. Our only complaint is that the walls/windows are incredibly thin and it is in a VERY noisy part of town. Down expect to get any sleep before 2am on a Friday/Saturday night. No ear plugs are provided in the rooms, so bring your own.

My wife and I celebrated our 19th anniversary by spending the weekend here. We really enjoyed the room and all the amenities that were offered. Its location is walking distance to a number of great restaurants and places to get a drink. The AT&T Discovery District is right across the street. There's no doubt you'll find plenty to do while staying at this historic luxury hotel.

Visited the hotel for their holiday dining experience on the 7th floor. Service was great. The drinks and food were delicious. But $350 just for the reservation was a little high, the reservation fee does not go toward food or drinks, those are separate. Aside from the reservation fee, everything was great.

The Adolphus is a gorgeous historic hotel with exceptional service. Valet is a bit confusing, the signs in front of the hotel say “valet area” but it is for pick up only, valet drop off is in a parking garage just before the entrance. Connor at valet was extremely helpful and helped take care of my bags while my husband drove around the block to valet. Upon arriving we were offered champagne as we waited to check in. Pedro handled our luggage and was extremely knowledgeable, kind and made us feel at home and taken care of. The hotel has plenty of food and bar options and everything we had was great. The area is a little rough but we found a couple dive bars that were fun, thanks to Andy at the rodeo bar. Rooms are a little dated but it was expected for such a historic building.

We spent this past weekend at the Adolphus, and most certainly will be back. This is an old hotel, with immense charm that one cannot find in a modern building. The lobby, shops, dining are all top-notch. Location is perfect. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Grant, who showed much enthusiasm for the history of the hotel and briefly whisked us about for a quick tour. This set a very fun tone for our weekend, and we are thankful Grant took that extra time with us. What fun!

Very good place to stay. The bath tub/jacuzzi was unavailable in the room where I stayed. Spacious rooms and a mini bar are available inside the room. All amenities are available inside the hotel or near outside. Though costly but very good. Many lifts but operated centrally.

First thing you notice when entering the Hotel is the incredible smell and the stunning design! They really did well by this historical spot when they renovated. The single king room was spacious and very clean. The pool had a bit of a rougher crowd than one would expect at a luxury hotel, but it was nice to have a rooftop pool all the same. The Mango Margaritas served at the rooftop pool bar where SO good. I did try to go to the pool at 6 am and it was still TRASHED from the night before. This was the one downside to the stay. There also seemed to be plenty of space for large events. An abundance of tucked away areas with beautiful decorations around each corner. Great for private drinks or conversation. Overall we had an excellent time and will definitely be back.

Came in after work to have a drink. Blu was our server. She was attentive and the service was great. We ordered two 7 and a Half Seconds. They were really good. Blu suggested that we check out the back room we stayed a little longer and had some beers in the Back Room! We highly recommend Rodeo bar!
