We had a large group and enjoyed our lunch. My lasagna was not hot, it was almost cool. But it had high quality ingredients and tasted good; especially the leftovers I ate hot at home the next day. They have good specialty cocktails; I had the Southern Hospitality and it was delicious. They have a fairly large parking lot. Friendly staff were helpful to us.

This place was fantastic. The food was good and made with fresh ingredients. Definitely felt authentic Italian. Even down to the staff speaking Italian. My wife and I had Chicken fettuccine Alfredo. My mother-in-law and a friend of ours had Chicken marsala one with risotto and the other with a sweet potato. And we all had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer.

Absolutely Amazing. Incredible Italian food - amongst the best I've ever had, stellar service, and great ambiance. From the start - as we were seated - our experience was amazing. Bread and olive oil were so fresh and tasty, we ordered Caprese salad and Caesar salad, bruschetta (which was the best bruschetta I've ever had), and Chicken Piccata with Risotto -- everything was Phenomenal. Brittney was our server and service was top-notch and a true pleasure. Can't say enough about this restaurant. Visiting the area - my first and only time here - and this was such an incredible dining choice. Will definitely be back.

We were early struggling to find a nice place to celebrate our anniversaries, and Grapevine's turned out to be just perfect. We left a very nice place in Dalonega (our destination initially) because while highly publicized, service was horrible, so we went in search of something else and Grapevine's did not disappoint!! Great service, drinks and food. The garlic bread was soooo delicious!! We will be back! Thanks for saving our date night!!

The food was good but just not great. We had the spinach and artichoke dip then the entrees I had the chicken piccata and my friend had the chicken marsalas. Everything just needed a little bit more authentic seasoning. I will be back to eat again because like they said the food was good I just wish I could give it five stars.

The food was excellent. I got the Eggplant Parm. While I love this dish sometimes it is like rolling the dice as it can be greasy. No problems here. It was perfectly cooked. The bread served before dinner was very good, too. We will definitely go back. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was the service was a bit slow but I think it was because they were training a new person. After they are trained I am sure the service will be excellent, too.

First time visit to the area. Called in order. It took an hour, we were in no rush thankfully. The bread wasn't cooked all the way. We ask for different dressing and it was forgotten. The portion size was decent, but the protein on the pasta was less than I expected. The pesto chicken had a good flavor. The chicken Alfredo was okay, nothing I'd rave about. Nice employees.
