Spirits Tavern

I must say that my husband and I were impressed with the customer service and food when we visited. This was our 1st trip to the area and this eatery was suggested to us by a business we came down to visit. Now I must say that I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was welcoming, food was fresh and tasted great but most of all, the personable "spirit" of all the employees were refreshing given our current state of unrest. So without a doubt, we will be back for another visit!

Denied service to our party because they were worried about there servers tips? “We’ve just had problems with groups like this” is what we were told. I can see this place judges customers before they even walk in. Do yourselves a favor and avoid it and walk on down to “The Crimson Moon” where you’re happily invited in as soon as you walk through the door.

My cousin, Rocco, told me about this place. Said the music was jamming and the burgers were slamming. We rolled up in the 71 Camino (cause after ‘71 just ain’t no good), and walked inside. They was playing some Banjo-vi on the speakers, and the wait staff was doing an impromptu flash mob performance. We later found out that several trained acrobats work there as well. Burgers were great. Rocco ordered some fried beans. Them was great too. Will be back.

I called and was told sorry not taking reservations because of covid 19 so I said ok how longs the wait was told only 15 mins. Get there open the door and hostest who wouldn't tell me her name said can I help u Said yes and table for 2, The next words reason I wont be comming back. There was ample room to seat us 2 and the 4 groupd that came in after She said word for word and to include we arrive 3 hours till closing I might add "Well sir I can put u on the bar waiting list only but we have no seating left even tho almost empty restaurant that ypu probably will not get food tonight" So if this how ur staff treats customers who arrive with ample time to eat but get told sorry we probably won't be able feed u food might need to some firing and restaffing.
