If I could give no stars I would. We tried to use the app for $3.00 off total purchase of $15 or more. Our total was over $20. The female cashier couldn't get the QR code to work so we asked for a manager. The manager showed up looking like he didn't even want to be there as well as as if he has been drinking on the job. He couldn't get the QR code to work either and he said sorry his boss wouldn't approve if he just gave the discount!!! Wow unreal! So we just paid and left. Fries were soggy and the sandwiches were warm not hot.

We just went to Wendys in Dade City Florida. When we drove in about 3 young people standing outside. They were suppose to be inside making sure orders were correct. we ordered a Daves single & a order of French fries. we only waited about 3 mins. in outside drive up they handed out our food & It was absolutely AWFUL. my husbands hamburger was stone cold & my French fries were not fresh & the were stone cold. the young people were back in the store we could see them walking around we had to bring them home to warm them up. Someone older should be in there supervising over them. we will NOT return to your store & will advise others to do the same. WAKE UP WENDYS

Rude, Rude, Rude. The person in drive thru had the worst attitude, the whole time. I was TOLD to move forward and park then she literally turned around while I was still waiting to ask for sauce. She only turned around as she was about to hand me someone else's food so I asked for the sauce, the response I got in return was "OK, MOVE FORWARD". The guy comes out with the food immediately turna and leaves, the order ended wrong and there was no sauce. I literally had to get out of my car and go inside for them to fix the order.
