We were the only customers in the place. My husband had to say his order 4 times, it was a single scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone, not anything intricate. He was served his ice cream in a busted cone. The single scoop didn’t even reach the top of the cone! I ordered mine, my cone was fine but my ice cream didn’t come to the top of the cone either! The ice cream tasted fine, the waffle cone nothing impressive. Quite disappointed.

Store had a handful of customers 3-4. After waiting 13 min to order, the 2 employees working did not seem to work well together at all. Between swapping stations in the middle of making food to dropping an entire sub on the floor and cursing in front of customers. We ate our food which was average (cuban) (pasta salad was awesome) but then decided to go for a walk downtown since we walked 30 min on a date specifically to get ice cream here. We asked (when do you close and we're told 5 o'clock on Sunday. We came back at 4:35 and had the doors locked in our face. Nobody came to the door as more customers pulled up. Needless to say it was bad enough to get me to write this....I never complain...ever... walking date ruined 👎

I ordered from GrubHub the Cuban had a very good taste but just not the authentic Cuban I usually get. I ordered a Xtra potato salad but did not get it.but that's ok that happens alot with delivery . I have to say they made my Cuban as I asked so at least they read the notes most companies don't bother . I hear so many good comments on this place and maybe if I would have went in to eat instead of delivery maybe it would be the Cuban I expect but overall still a 5 out of 5 Give the place a try

Stopped by to order a Chocolate Milkshake & Employee walked away came back And I told him my Wife is gonna order something. He comes back with my Wife's Order & I'm waiting 4 my Milkshake & after waiting by window 4 like 2 minutes I guess Supervisor comes by to ask what I wanted & I told him I was waiting 4 my Shake N Dude behind says I never mentioned it.....Don't Go to this Place if he can't even Hear what you're Ordering. Ridiculous
