Jack In The Box

At this restaurant is just bad service, we stop by to trying to grab a "quick bite". Personnel is not paying atention to front counter (I ordered for dine in, it took 30min to receive the food and it was wrong) the employees front counter/drive thru and seem that they DON'T know what to do. The back kitchen are just talking in Spanish and laughing. Oh and the soda machine is complete out of 80% of flavor options. Am actually very surprised I had just a bad experienced giving the fact I have visited major Jack restaurants and strongly believe they can do SO much better. Obviously management strongly need more lead training. I don't think I would stop by here again. Hopefully this doesn't happen to ANY one else again.

they delivered my food to the car in front of me in line, after he had his nasty hands all over my food he called them back and gave them my bag, she tried to hand it to me, i told her i saw everything and to make me new food, she had the kitchen take it to the back and rewrap it, i said i saw what you did, i want a new cooked meal fresh from the kitchen, she tossed it in the trash, and i parked and went inside and waited for my food.... it was discussing what she tried to do..... especially with what's been going on with Covid and stuff,,

I always go to this location. But recently it gotten really bad. The ppl taking the order are having bad attitude. And today I had to repeat the order 3 times and they didn’t get it. I asked if she can hear me then she gave me bad attitude and I said ok I’m leaving…she replied “fu**ing leave then” lol Dont go there. Surveys or feedback doesn’t change anything
