Smashburger

ATTENTION Corporate or Individual Owner! Horrible:! In line for 10 mins while someone tried to figure out what they wanted to order. Lady at the register couldn't stop talking long enough to let them think. Second Hostess was standing at other register with back against the wall slurping on some sort of drink while 5 people were in line waiting. Get to the counter and they are out of bacon for all the burgers. Finally order. 2/19/2022 19;00 pm give or take.. Ticket number 25. While waiting for order. People that were in line would leave when they found out they could not get what they wanted or they waited so long in line while the poster child kept rambling on they would walk out. At LEAST 4 people in back cooking. 2 Men and 2 Ladies. (One tall girl with black hair was clearly eating in the back while handling food) (Way to much playing and triflin in this store.) We all know PIMPIN never stops but to display it on a white board in the back for all of your customers to read. I wanted to leave then.. Front tables were closed off. So had to sit in the back as people were practicing social distancing, Tables in back were so close to restroom that we could smell the urine from the mens bathroom. (Completely out of line) Tables rocked so bad that drinks would spill if they were full. Coke was out, Dr. Pepper straight syrup, Sprite tasted like cleaner and the water option just kept running non-stop. #realish $40.00 for 2 burgers. They did not make the order right. I had to eat while my wife waited until her's was remade. 20 Minutes later! Customer in front of us was still waiting for his meal when we were leaving. His family had already finished their meal. Door Dash and Uber drivers waiting in Line forever. (HOT.) Yeah! I feel played! * Cook with the 2 braids did come to the table and apologize for the mishap.

Worst customer service ever!! Walked into smash burger today. Was never greeted. After of 10 minutes of waiting I asked the young lady if she could take my order. She politely replied I’m sorry I can’t management won’t allow me to take orders due to being backed up in the kitchen. There was only 3 tables filled. I wouldn’t call that busy. Needless to say I left very upset. Management is very poor and unprofessional..
