Pizza Hut

This is what I got when I ordered 2 medium pan pizzas. After calling to request they make me a proper pizza, with each slice having sauce, cheese, and a topping, he was more concerned with if I had eaten any of the pizza yet, which I had not. While my pasta and breadsticks got cold I had to return to this location to get some properly made pizzas. The manager collected my pizzas I returned and took them to the back. After waiting another 5 minutes he gave me 2 normal looking pizzas and a half butted Sorry. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again and definitely will be contacting cooperate tomorrow!

Pizza was ready and waiting on me when I arrive 20 min after ordering it. When I got it home it was still warm, fresh and delicious!!! DONT GO ACROSS THE STREET or you will be disappointed. You may not even receive your pizza. Ijs, these reviews are telling the truth!!! I will always pick this Pizza Hut because I was tired of being disappointed.

Really? When you Google P'Zone, this certainly isn't the image you would want representing their version of a Calzone. Maybe "worlds thinnest, emptiest, no sauce, saddest looking, pepperoni grease cracker" would be more fitting. I mean seriously? How could they not be embarrassed to send this out? Just glad I ordered more food or I would have starved. Then $3 delivery fee + $6.00 tip for a $25 meal? $6.00 frozen pizza would have been so much better. Hopefully this will convince the wife to start using the alternate chains a little more often. Why didn't I just call, complain and get a freebie of some kind? If you have to ask then you will never know.....

Pretty much every time I order from here my order is wrong. I live in an awkward spot and Pizza Hut is the only place that delivers. Last time I ordered from them my order was wrong, the wings were crispy and dry. I called the store and the manager told me he would put a credit on my account so the next time I order just call the store. I did that today and they told me I don’t have a credit. I ordered a large pan pizza with three toppings and I got a medium cheese pizza. Burnt wings. No sauce with my mozzarella sticks. This Pizza Hut rarely gets the order right. That’s why they love leaving it at your door ringing the doorbell and then dipping out. Do not order from this Pizza Hut. It’s a waste of money. I’m constantly seeing on my neighborhood Facebook page people giving away food because they got the wrong order.

I ordered a single pizza. Curbside waited in my parked vehicle 10 minutes after I was supposed to be there, right in front of the window. I watched a kid play with a finger skateboard through the glass, 2 other kids were standing behind the counter talking. They knew the color of my vehicle. When I walked in there was 5 people of front and he asked my name several times because he couldn't hear with all the conversation going on between workers. They gave me the pizza that was in their warmer. Crazy with the lack of service! I won't be going back!
