Chipotle Mexican Grill

Still had tasty food, but not the greatest chipotle experience. They were out of corn and didn’t have ice in the machine. Staff are friendly and the food is still delicious. Would recommend stocking up on items though, it could be a supply chain thing though… So not bashing on it, but it was unfortunate that a few things were out of stock when we were visiting!

TERRIBLE Experience! This location is terribly skimpy on the food and disgusting no swept floor, trash overflowing, dirty tables, and messy drink station. My food looks like SLOP the guacamole and queso to meat was ridiculous the meal was giving chunky smoothie! Very light chicken I had to ask for a double serving which I’ve never done before at any chipotle the chicken was mostly FATTY and I had a piece of bone in my chicken! I couldn’t even get lettuce because it was brown it looked 2 days old and should not have been out to be served To customers, I will never be back I would have been willing to give them a second chance but the bone in my meal and playing hide and go seek with my chicken was totally ridiculous and disappointing!

This place is so stingy with their meat portions. We got 5 beef burrito bowls and the proportion of meat to everything else is ridiculous. My boys could not finish their food because it was just all rice and veggies and gauc (we are Not vegetarians) I pick out all the meat and set rice aside for my younger son before I add salsa to my food and the pic was all the meat they put in the bowl.

Very skimpy on the food. Ordered chips & guac and a quesadilla with one of the sides of salsa. A handful of chips & almost nonexistent salsa. I normally love Chipotle. My daughter in law works at a Chipotle in Colorado and I know what the portion size is supposed to be. This Chipotle doesn’t come close

I love chipotle but I have become very frustrated with this particular location. Three times in a row now they have had no white rice. The first time they said that the batch got ruined and they were making more but it would take 30 minutes. The second time the guy told me they were out of white rice right as another lady came over and scooped some chicken onto a bowl of white rice. Apparently the white rice they had left was only for the online orders. So the next time I ordered ahead of time on the app so I could get in on that exclusive white rice. Well I get home to find two entrees containing, you guessed it, brown rice. On top of that, during my second visit, I scanned my app for some free chips and guac but they accidentally charged me for it anyways. It took so long for them to try and figure out how to undo it it that I finally just gave up and left having paid full price. Get it together guys.
