Food is fresh. Too bad it is ran by 2 grumpy
elderly men. They rush you, terribly, there is no one behind you. I don't understand. You do not need to be excited to see people but really?

On a regular there pretty much love their food their sandwiches. Since the old manager left who I knew personally I exchanged a little bit customer service is not as friendly young people working it but the food still great!

Find another Subway if you want speedy service. This store was too preoccupied with online orders to serve the people standing in line in front of them. Really poor customer service. If you can't handle the order volume maybe you should have more than 1 person working the lunch rush.

The older gentleman that works there all the time is extremely rude & loud & has humiliated my 73 year old mom for the last time. My mom loves there breakfast special that is a sandwich & coffee. There is a Keurig and pods for coffee on the counter but they older gentleman told my mom if she wants coffee to go across the street and get it and still charged for the full price for the breakfast combo many many times. The other day he over charged her for the two sandwiches she got & started talking so loud & rude u could have Heard him three stores down. Where I live this location is closed but I will now drive to a further location and start going there than ever step foot in the subway again and allow this man to disrespect not just my mom but a woman and such a disgraceful humiliating manner

I stopped at this Subway location after work because I’ve been wanting subway so bad all week. I walked into the restaurant and one of the employees looked up at me. He didn’t greet me or say anything, but I knew he saw me. While he put on his gloves i said “Hello” to greet him. He completely ignored me. So rude! At that moment I decided if I can not be acknowledged as a customer, I should take my money elsewhere. That is exactly what I did. I just said “never mind” and walked out. What a disappointment but I will not be treated like my business is not appreciated. Especially when I’m the only customer in the place.

Rushing people as they choose vegetables IS-UNNECESSARY!!!! I have been eating Subway twice a month for 20 years, this is the Only Subway In America that rushes you as you pick your vegetables. "Lettuce" (0.1 seconds) "What Else??" "Pickles" (0.1 seconds) "What Else??" - I do not need to be rushed, there is no one else in line, and we are not running late to perform open heart surgery. I've explained this to the manager (LIKELY also the owner) and he acts like I am exaggerating. I am not. Go "WHAT ELSE" yourself. He's got the new hires doing it too. I hardly come here because of this consistent experience the past six months, but there are not many healthy choices in the area.
