My plate talks! I ate it all and it was A LOT of food, I am In love with the flavors on the food!! My grandma was extremely happy with the experience and how juicy our chicken breasts were!! Thank you for keeping standards up to expectations! Second time here and would come 78 times again. 10/10 chips, food and dessert. Service was above and beyond by FRANCISCO!! This guy and his service made the experience TOOPSS!! offered coffee, chips, dessert and we just couldn’t say no to him!! Incredible guy.

We chose to visit in celebration for Father’s Day, and despite of the holiday it wasn’t overly crowded and service was on point, no issues. Food was served hot, fresh, and delicious as always. Tortillas were freshly made. However, the chips were not freshly served warm. Wonderful atmosphere, really gives you a feeling of being in a Mexican ambience. Always a good relaxing experience.

Delicious, courteous, great ambience, perfect place for a Friday night. We walked in and sat right down. Within 2 minutes had drinks and chips. This place has the game of hosting down to a science. Great place!!!

In fairness ee haven't been in a bit, we decided to go this past Monday evening, because they have a great atmosphere and we expected it to not be too busy. We were supremely disappointed they had changed their salsa recipe from where it used to have a bit more chunkiness to it, it was more like just red sauce. The waiter was hustling and I will give them credit for that, however given the many choices in Mexican food, it will probably be a lot longer before we go back, we got the build your own plate, and we should have gotten the fajitas, I will leave it at that.

Every time I have a to go order the service is terrible. I always call my orders in, and most recently I placed my order online and set a pick up time. I stood at the to-go counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Several staff members passed by but never acknowledged my presence. Once someone finally came out to assist, she didn’t apologize for the wait, didn’t greet me, and had no sense of urgency. She actually seemed bothered that I was there to pick up my order. It’s the same consistently poor experience. If I call my order in or place it online that means I don’t want to wait 15+ minutes once I arrive at the restaurant. Either stop offering to-go or ensure there’s at least 2 staff members available to assist. Or at least have someone with a nice attitude and sense of urgency working the to-go area. This will most likely be my last time ordering from Alicia’s.

Well, we waited about 15 mins to for someone to take our drink order but once we were acknowledged service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The food on the other hand, not so much. The beef had a strange taste, maybe a seasoning that was used not sure but it wasn't great. The chicken flautas were very greasy and also lacked in flavor. Seemed liked everything I tried lacked in flavor. The bright side is the meal was very inexpensive, therefore I wasn't upset that the food wasn't great. But staff was very friendly!!!

We arrived for lunch at 12 with maybe 5 tables seated. It finally filled to less than half. One person had baked a cake for us. They wanted $1.50 for every person. I asked the manager to reconsider. He would not. I've been to restaurants all over town without this. So 12 of us were charged because our friend was nice enough to bake a cake. We will never go back.
