Dattz Pizza

I went online to see about ordering a pepperoni pizza and saw that they had a 1 topping large for carry out for $8.99. I called the store and told the guy that answered the phone what I wanted and he said it would be $14 and some change. I told him about the website said it was 8.99 and he said okay and placed my order. I picked the pizza up an brought it home. When we opened the box the pizza had very little sauce or cheese and 9 pepperoni slices on it. I hope that they do better than that for people that pay the $15 for it. Bottom line is, if you are going to offer a special, honor it. Don’t cheat me because I took advantage of a special you offered, or tell me it will be skimpy and give me the option.

Great pizza. Awesome menu. Decided to try the Grilled Cheese pizza. Sounded a bit different but I can assure you that it was well worth trying. Order it you won’t be disappointed. Especially if you are a fan garlic bread. I ordered a total of three pizzas as well as pepperoni rolls and they were all fantastic. Please be patient with the staff, like a lot of places they are short staffed and they are very busy. While I waited there was a constant flow of patrons through the door and all were happy. This was my first visit but will not be my last. Thank you Dattz Pizza.

I hope they hire some management soon. The clueless workers they have there now is going to close this business. Best food in the area, when they get it right. Haven't had any good experiences since the new owners took over. How hard is it to put hot sauce on the hot wings or actually slice a pizza into 8. That's pretty much the job description to work at a pizza joint.

This place is NOT the same! We've noticed a decline over the last few months and it's only getting worse. My understanding is that they are under new ownership. They need to get their act together. Their online ordering is terrible. They can't honor their own coupons. Tonight all 4 of our pizzas we not cut and there might have been 10 pepperonis on our entire large pizza. Please bring back the Dattz that we have loved for years!

Dattz Pizza has a really good product. What they do not have is customer service. I have ordered on the website for delivery twice. Followed their prompt for picking a delivery time. The first time was 2 hours later after I placed the order and had to go pick it up. The second time 4/8/22 it did not arrive at the specified. I gave it an additional 20 knowing its a Friday night. I called, no answers. I drove up there asked and was told its not ready, I asked why they didn't answer their phone (it's broke). They couldn't tell me when it would be ready, my wife calls and tells me they just delivered. I left. This was actually the third time to have an issue. They absolutely did not care I was standing there. The 3 stars are for the food only! The owner needs to train his kids!

The pizza was good but the ordering process was honestly not great. Maybe it was an off night, but they weren't friendly or anything while ordering and when we went in to pick up, they said the order was ready and went to grab it but the person came back without it and asked what we needed again... just odd. Then it took 10 more minutes to find our order, be reminded of our side items that were forgotten the first time around, and finally get out of there. It's too far out of our way to bother with since this was the way our first experience went. Hopefully it was a bad day and you have a better experience. Worth a try if it's close to you.
