Jersey Mike's Subs

Meh. Gave 3 stars because my boyfriend raved about their subs. Maybe I should have had it on bread and not a wrap? Nothing like the online picture plus the regular feeds two people? It's a very small appetizer for two.We also had a very large order for delivery and it was very confusing and hard to read, trying to figure out who's sub was who's. Wrap and a drink I paid $15.00. I feel it could have been made a lot better.

If you want to wait over an hour for a sandwich that costs 20 bucks and has no meat this is the place for you. There's more bread then sandwich meat. This is a chicken Philly and it's the worst I've gotten from a jersey mikes. There is literally 3 small slivers of peppers on this sandwich and almost no cheese. It's as dry as the Sahara.

I stopped here today for a sandwich, and walked away with a terrible experience. When I placed my order the girl working bread misunderstood me, which was fine. I tried to correct the misunderstanding so product was not wasted but upon trying to explain was cut off by the guy working the register(the one male worker with short hair). I attempted to correct the order a second time and was met with rudeness and condescension by the same man. I was continuously interrupted by this man and treated like a less than intelligent person. In contrast, the two girls working the line (including the girl who misunderstood my request) were extremely nice and understanding. Had they been the only two people working the line, I would have come away with a much better experience. It is just a shame that such a rude person ruined what would have been a great time. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

This is the worst location ever! Of course we’re allergic to Gluten so had to get Gluten free bread! It took us 30 minutes to get our two sandwiches!! They made it and then messed up twice! Then the girl laughed about it like it was funny that she would have killed us! Not a fan of this location and will never go to it again! Not only that but the bread was horrible tasting…

I ordered extra meat and a veggie bowl. They literally put the meat (under 2 ounces) in the bowl and gave me no veggies in the bowl. So I paid over 10 dollars plus for extra meat for a tiny bit of meat and no veggies what so ever. My husbands sub had hardly any meat in it either. We will never come back. I’m 100lbs so when I say they didn’t give me but a tiny portion of meat that’s a big deal. I eat about 3-6 ounces of meat a day. It was nothing. We didn’t know till we got home and saw our order. Next time we will check at th place. We waited a long time in the restaurant and took it home. It was horrible meat. It wasn’t even that good

Tried this place back in Jersey and it was great. Wanted to try it here in OH to see if it was the same. Unfortunately, not. I got a tuna hoagie and the tuna had no taste and the amount of tuna they put in the sandwich was ridiculous. It would not have been enough for a 5 yr old. Skimpy on the meat and too high on the prices. Don't like this location. Also, had too many workers just standing around doing nothing or talking to each other. I don't like a lot of hands on the food I'm about to eat. Extremely disappointed. smh...
