Chipotle Mexican Grill

I eat at this Chipotle regularly because it is closer to my home, but I almost always have a negative experience at this store. My rating is based on the following: Pros -Quality of food is consistent with other Chipotle locations. Cons -Long wait times whether one person is ahead of you or ten. -Cleanliness of store is poor. -Service is consistently poor.

Consistently terrible. I work only a few miles down the road and have ordered here twice this month. Both times have been terrible! They are very skimpy on the ingredients compared to other locations in the area, and the workers are NOT friendly. I ordered a salad today and it had 6 (yes 6) pieces of lettuce! I couldn't help but laugh when I opened it. Even when they make the food in front of you they only put a half scoop of chicken and they side eye you when you ask for more. Absolutely shameful. Will not be returning.

Placed an order for delivery and it NEVER arrived. The Door Dash driver kept driving all over the area, refused to answer the phone and didn't respond to any text messages. I attempted to call Chipotle directly and got a robot with pre-selected prompts to choose from and it literally tells you they cannot do anything about your order once it's placed. Proceeded to use their website to get assistance and of course, another robot. Had to go through multiple other sources to get someone on the phone. An hour and a half ordeal over a $15 dollar order AND I tipped the driver!

I don’t really understand how this place can consistently be as slow as they are. This has to be the biggest Karen post I’ve ever made but I order chipotle online all the time and this is the only location that will have your online order ready and have you wait an extended period of time because it’s on the shelf in the back and not the pick up shelf. I had a order pick up for 5:40 and got it at 6:02 because it wasn’t on the pick up shelf. This isn’t just a one time inconvenience or else I wouldn’t even be making this review. If you’re going to give a promise time through the app then honor that time. It’s not that hard.
