Starbucks

This place is great if you like a venti milk with a dash of coffee. I wouldn’t have accepted it but it was a mobile order that my daughter picked up. I guess I should be glad they actually had order ahead available today since that’s a rare occasion at this location and you have to sit on a line that wraps around the building.

My husband and I have been frequenting this Starbucks (among many others) since it opened years ago. We used to love going in and getting coffee. Everyone was always so friendly and polite. For the past year or so, we hate going into this location. We will often skip it and go to Warrenton or a different coffee shop altogether. The people that work there will mingle with one another, giggle and laugh, but barely acknowledge the customer. We're not overly talkative people, but we do try to be friendly. There have been multiple times that we have been in, and have overhead them mocking, getting frustrated, or lauging about a customer in the drive thru. It always makes us think, "What are they saying about us when we leave?" There is one guy in there that has been friendly. I think his name is Kody (or Cody)? Stephanie is probably the most unpleasant out of everyone. We have tried speaking and making small talk, but we might as well be talking to the wall. There's literally no interest from her in trying to entertain any conversation. It's disappointing because everyone used to be amazing at this location. Now, it's s bunch of young kids focused on one another and having no concern for acknowledging the customers.

5 partners having conversation and made me wait my order to place. I could only place order right after their conversation was over. Funny thing is they spill two drinks one after another while calling customer name and placing order on the pick up point .My cup was dirty ( I wish I could post the picture of this cup here) My order was handed over to me with some dirty hands may be she was cleaning sth. Mess.

They were out of cold brew but the guy ty was so nice he went to check for me, the place was clean and put together just likr any other starbucks, they had so many choices. They were a little more expensive than the other starbucks i go to but I think that is because of some city tax here in culpeper not to sure. They worked down the line pretty fast. The food was fresh too
