Wendy's

I am driving back to Minnesota from Florida and my family decided to stop and eat here, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had a Wendy’s the line was so slow and overall it took us almost an hour to order our food and receive our food. The line honestly wasn’t even that long it was just the service. Overall I will not be returning this place ever I’d rather not eat then go here. The food was also mid. 0/10 do not recommend.

Great service! Great food! They were short staffed tonight, but the employees were very professional. They got the job done and at the same time serving a quality and tasty meal! The grilled chicken was very tender and the fries were Hot & Crispy just like it was guaranteed! I drive through this area from time to time, the next time I come through I will definitely stop back! 5 Star experience!!!!!

This Wendy's is a joke. I went there last Friday, and was going to eat while on my 30 min break. I'm a truck driver, and they are located inside the Pilot truck stop. There was a line inside. They took 3 orders at the counter. 2 people walked out. 1 guy was sitting in a chair in the line. I did my entire 30 min break while standing in line before I had to leave. There were still people in front of me that were there longer than me, and they hadn't been able to order before I left. Some of those people are locals, and they said it's always like this. It is a truck stop where drivers do there 30 min breaks. The GM should be fired!!!! They care more about drive through more than the front counter. They really need to close down this Wendy's permanently. They weren't even understaffed. There were about 8 to 10 workers.

Best Wendy's experience we have ever had. We stopped on our way through, and went through the drive through. The employees were super friendly, gave all 3 of our dogs a chicken nugget, noticed my husband's USMC hat and informed us that next time we come to let them know, because they do 30% military discount! Since he had already paid, they gave him a free frosty! The food was nice and hot, too! We will definitely stop here again!
