Last time we ordered the seafood feast we only got 2 plates of fish, 1 full plate of hush puppies, and a plate with some fries in it, not even the amount you would normally get with the seafood feast order. We tried calling the restaurant to tell them about our order but could not get anyone to answer the phone! We live 20 minutes from the store to begin with. But when they won’t answer your call how are you supposed to get your order straightened out? So when I went tonight and ordered I told the young lady at the drive thru what had happened and all she had to say was… okay, can I have your order? I hope my meal is really good tonight because it’s my last trip! At $40.00 an order and not be able to get your order right, much less anyone at least saying I’m sorry! There’s too many places here to eat and that will appreciate me spending my money at their restaurant. To have to be treated like your being a weekly customer doesn’t matter and that will not only correct my order. But they do treat you with respect and gratitude.

Wait wasn't bad but got my food at drive through and decided to eat it in the parking lot. My fish was luke warm and limp , no crunch to it ,fries and hush puppies were warmer than the fish. Was disappointed because I usually have a long wait but good food here, tonight was the opposite.

Just finished trying to eat a meal from captain D's. They no longer have 4.99 or 5.99 special so for my husband and I it was over 18.00. It was terrible, french fries was cold and terribly salty and fish was batter dipped and it was not the same coating it used to be. The fish and hush puppies were hardly cooked. Just a greasy, cold, salty mess. Our neighbors said they got food there a while back and it was the same way. We really like fish but not bad fish at high prices. We won't be bothering them any more .

Last 3 trips to Captain D's: (1) salmon served cold (2) no salmon thawed (5 pm) , so ordered white fish At time of order there were 4 outside customers and 3 inside customers ahead of me. After servicing over 12 outside customers with only 2 inside customers serviced, I asked for refund. Obviously, they cater to outside customers prior to inside customers. (3) ordered outside and waited behind 4 customers. They notified me that the previous customer got the last salmon and ask if I would like to order something else. In shock, I just slowly drove away. I have a 3 strikes your out rule and will never be back to any Captain D's. Bought my own salmon and grilled it just like I like it at half the cost. Thank you Captain D's for renewing my love of cooking.

I waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru ! They need to hire some more people! Every time I go there, it’s the same story. Many cars in line drove off because of the long wait times. They are loosing business because of this
