Burger King

Walked in on grand reopening day. As expected they were really busy and trying to get orders out a quickly as possible. There were a lot of people waiting for their food, but we waited about 10 minutes maximum for our food. Kudos to the manager for keeping the dining room entertained and any angry customers happy. The food was hot and fresh as it should be.

Service was horrible. Ordered through the drive through, waited 30 minutes at the window for our food and it wasn't even all there. No one even apologized for the long wait. I wanted to get my money back and drive off. It seemed like they were getting food out to the people inside faster than we got our food. The guy at the drive through window kept disappearing then got confused when he came back 15 minutes later. But no explanation for the wait. I don't even want to give them one star. The only good thing was the food was hot. Will not be going back.

Come on! I get yall just opened, but on Thursday 6/20/22 I sat in the drive thru line for 30 mins as 2 cars not including myself ended up pulling off. No one was even coming to the speaker. Tried to go in, but lobby was packed and only 3 cars in the lot. Now I sit in the drive thru at 1136pm on 7/2/22. Been here for 30 mins and only 3 cars Ahead of me. Not even worth it... so disappointed. If you didn't have the staff to open you should've just waited. It's almost midnight and line not moving!!! I have sooooooo many questions! Is better management needed or what?

They need more people working at this location. Poor girl had to keep bagging and filling drive thru orders, while the rest of us stood in line inside waiting forever, to give our order. A couple of customers got fed up waiting, and left. Mgmt. is running this business quite poorly. It will be quite a long time before I patronize this Burger King again.😟👎👎

Waited 45 minutes in the drive threw. Went inside to get me food because they told me to pull up and never came out side to give me my food and then everything was cold and dint even get the right things . They just handed me more stuff I dint order and never gave me the right stuff . I know they just opened up but again and busy but nothing has changed exp the outside of the building same poorly ran fast food restaurant.
