This particular Starbucks was on top of their game when I stopped in with my Father! This location serves well-made coffee to many wonderful people in Crown Point, Indiana! It's a great place for people to stop in and catch up on their newspapers!

I understand that places are low on employees, but I was waiting inside for 20 mins for my order. I was asked twice what my name was and still nothing. The last straw was when a customer came in and said I just made an mobile order and the employee said I got it right here. How did he get his before mine? I had to leave without my drink because I was going to be late for work. I told the employee to treat my drink to someone else.. she just shrugged her shoulders. Thanks…

Tall, skinny, white older woman does not listen to what you order or how drink is wrong. I Explain what is wrong with drink (it is a simple fix just wrong flavor) gives me a completely different drink. All she had to do was read the sticker on cup when I said “it is the same exact drink just with a different flavor”. She should he stationed at the easiest spot there so she doesn’t continuously mess up (probably the food warming station). Everyone else there is great.

If I could give zero stars I would. Sat in drive through for 20 mins. I got to the menu board but the speaker was behind me. She asked me to back up which I couldn’t due to the line of cars behind me. Once I got to the window I went to order. She said she couldn’t take my order at the window I had to go back in line or come inside. I have a baby in my car screaming so there is no way for me to wait another 20 mins in line or bring her inside. Extremely upset I wasted my time to deal with a rude employee.

Gotta Love Starbucks! Great Coffee and Awesome drinks. I haven't had a lot of the food and sweets but what I have had is very good! The scones are delicious.

They're always working hard here. Friendly staff, fast service, clean store that's well maintained. The price tag is still ridiculous but, that's what Starbucks does, find ways to charge too much for coffee. Now, with those facemasks, my hearing impairment REALLY has fun. Why they keep wearing them is beyond me but, over at Dunkin, I can hear them loud and clear. I'll be back there next time someone gives me a gift card. Until then, C'est la vie.

The old grey hair lady on Saturday mornings is ignorant. They mess my order up then tell me to park and come inside to replace my order ! No do it right the first time, I went threw drive threw so I didn’t have to go inside, but then she has attitude with me like I messed it up ! Place is trash
