Absolutely ridiculous poor customer service. Clerk repeatedly refused to give me his name because he knew he wasn’t doing what he should be doing. Tried to refuse my sale saying that it was not enough money (paying with $20 bill in cash, not on a card). Literally told me I should not have used food stamps on my first purchase. Told me I did not contribute to his store despite making two purchases. Told me about how they have 100 customers every day, it won’t be me again. Completely preposterous! Avoid roll onto the next store for sure.

I go to this store all the time.. Staff is usually great. Dropped in to grab some cold ones and finish the garage project. Asked this rather disheveled newer employee if this 711 sold Cayman jack margaritas. His answer (as he stocks beer). "Dont know what a margarita is. Im not a drinker." Really? You dont know what a margarita is? Do you know what a shower is (I dont think he does). Low key rudeness and stupidity. Learn your products oh non drinker.

Stopped by here to buy some Zyn. When I paid, the the card reader froze so I cancelled the transaction after waiting a few minutes. When I got in my car, I checked my bank account and found that the money had been removed from my account. I then went right back inside and let the cashier know. I asked him if I could just go ahead and get the pouches instead of getting money back, since they are what I came for, and he said no and that he wouldn’t give me my money back either. He said they only thing he would do is give me the number for corporate. Great service guys. Thanks.

I walked in, the cashier was a male with a ponytail, I asked him if there was anything warm left he said no, then I asked him if the nachos were still four and he just shrugged his shoulder while sitting in the back eating food and watching some thing on his phone. When I finally approach the counter he took another two bites and then came to help me

Woman was on her phone texting and I told her that was very unprofessional of her and she said “I’m texting my boss” well okay..... but I’m sure your boss will understand if you text him/her while you don’t have customers in line. However, I am a frequent customer of this location and this was the first bad experience I’ve had!
