Ruddocks has been a part of my life since I was a little girl.. From getting donut holes before church to sweet treat after Sunday dinner... it brings back some of the best memories of my childhood. I no longer live in Crowley, I have been gone for several decades BUT, every time I return home I go to the bakery for my sweet treat. My family ships me the sprinkle cookies quite often. Beaded cookies, glazed and chocolate donuts, delicious brownies, chocolate and custard filled eclairs, and so much more.. they are all comforting. The bakery is one of my first stops before I head to the house and it is the last stop I make when I am leaving town. Keep up the good work - - - and thanks for the memories!
I'm from Texas, for context. These baked goods were better than anything we have at home. The French bread was scrumptious. And they have FRIED CINNAMON ROLLS. I died and went to heaven on the first bite.
Oh I love there eclairs. The donuts were hot and fresh. And we had full hearts and bellies.
Has always been my favorite bakery and not because your people can order you 6 items each week to be delivered on each Sunday while you are in Acadia Parish Jail but that is a plus, lol. I have always loved pretty much all of the items they make since we'd stop and my dad would get us a lil something on our way to the camp at Lake Arthur.
They do amazing work on cakes! It was so beautiful, when I surprised my daughter her jaw dropped to the floor! It was so awesome my daughter wants me to bring her one day to thank the lady who crafted her girly Minecraft cake!!

All the products we got: donuts (chocolate and glaze), white cake with buttercream & pineapple filing, brownie ends, donut holes, and coffee were are all well prepared and yummy. Alana gave great friendly service. Will visit again when I’m back in town, highly recommended!
