Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt

We used to love this Sweet Frog.. however over the last month, the last two times I went, at least HALF of the flavors were “Out of Order” and even some that weren’t, came out watery and gross. Not sure why the owners aren’t more on top of this location. The hours on Google don’t match up with hours posted. Google says you open at noon on Sunday, I went there, and the employee told me the store wouldn’t open until 1:00. The only reason you didn’t get One Star, is the staff is always so friendly here.

This store is honestly one of the better sweetfrogs I've been too. With 16 different flavors and over 60 toppings to choose from, it's hard to stay away. There's always a clean environment and helpful staff ready to serve at any time. There frozen drink's are what get me whenever I go. With so many choices from smoothie's, frappe's, and shake's, they always have something for me. Thank goodness for their new manager. He is really making the store better than ever.

After going there for several years my last 3-4 visits were disappointing! The machines never work and the flavors never change! I’ve read these other reviews and I’m not sure if the owner is replying or not...if so you don’t seem so concerned or passionate about your business. Today machines were not running properly again and I had a buy one get one 50% off so I couldn’t use it for a 2nd one as the chocolate was still froze up amongst the less choices of flavors. Awful place now used to be the bomb 😋now it’s a dud 😫

Went for some frozen yogurt the other day and was very disappointed. Most of the machines were marked out of order. Out of about 16 possible flavors, only five or six were working. No chocolate, no vanilla, no cookies and cream. I was told they ran out about three days ago. Hello, who does the ordering of product for this place. Don't you notice when you are getting close to running out so you can reorder. Also, the hot fudge dispenser has a piece of tape on it marked syrup. No hot fudge, just chocolate syrup. If you can't order enough product to keep the basics full, it makes one wonder how often the machines are cleaned. Was told it was a big job to clean so the person was putting it off until another day. This place needs to get back to basics.

Great froyo! There's :lots of flavor options ranging from fruit varieties to confection blends :) Really good flavors even without the toppings. Toppings are plentiful! Many more than I could list, but did include a colorful selection of fresh fruit, chocolate candy bar varieties, baked cake/brownie toppings, and dry/crumbled toppings like graham crakers, oreo cookies, pretzels, coconut etc. Along with sauces to finish off your creation. Its very clean and tidy with fun decor and lots of seating. The service is always friendly!. This place is good for small or large groups and there's a good amount of seating.
