Cromwell Pizza & Pasta

Ordered here for the first time looking for a new "go-to" place since we moved to town. I'll say this... not the worst pizza I've had but likely won't be ordering from them again. I used the 'order online' function on their website and double checked my order twice before submitting it. I ordered a pizza with no cheese (lactose intollerant), some toppings, extra sauce, and thick crust. Pizza arrived partially with cheese and nearly no sauce... not exactly appetizing. I wish they had followed the order! If so, I'm sure I'd be considering ordering from them again in the future.

We've been ordering food from here for years and the one thing that remains consistent is the "inconsistency" of the dinners. Pizza remains good, but not the dinners. Each time we order, the chicken dishes are prepared differently, depending on who's cooking. As loyal customers, we have remained patient. However, between the constant errors on orders and the dinners always prepared differently, we are growing weary and have been ordering less and less. It's just not worth it anymore...
