Little Caesars

The pizza shop is clean and the employees are friendly. However, the reason I visit is for the "Hot and Ready" pizzas offered here on nights that my planned family meals have to wait because life has messed up the plan. Several times, though, I have pulled up to quickly grab dinner on the fly and there were no "Hot and Ready" pizzas available and the wait was in excess of a half hour. On those nights/evenings, I go ahead and order take out from a different establishment. The pizza tastes okay, but isn't worth the wait, especially when I can get a better tasting, custom made for me, pizza at a slightly higher price in less time than Little Caesars can have one for me.

Went to get the batman Pizza thwy have out now. Each batman pizza comes with one contai er of marinara dipping sauce. The pizza tasted good but was a little oily and ever so slightly on the extra cheesy side. My sons and daughter loved it and i hope the batman pizzas are on the menu for a long time cause i can see it being a family favorite. The wait wasn't too bad for the amount of orders they had coming in. Only like 20 minutes. They take mobile pay optio s like apple pay, samsung pay, google pay, and other phobe payment methods. They have a mobIle order easy pick up pizza warmer that mobile orders get put in and are labeled by name so mobile order people just scan a qr code or enter a number code and a door opens they can pick up theor food from. Decent drink selection. Good sauces for 69 cents a cup. The butter garlic ones a little on the salty side but good flavor with the calzone part of the batman Pizza. They have brownies with either m&m or Twix topping. The girl at the register was friendly and seemed nice which is always refreshing when waiting for a food order. All things considered for the wait time, quality of food, menu options, price, employee friendliness, and cleanliness of the store I give a 5 out of 5.

Diana who was at the counter was amazing. Even telling an older / younger lady that she looked beautiful. That was something I will never forget. Such an incredible gesture. Young people don't get the credit they deserve instead people just think they are All bad, that most definitely is not the case. Diana and her outstanding customer service should be recognized for how she made that lady's day. As a manager and supervisor for a major airline I would definitely make sure my bosses knew what an outstanding example Diana is for CiCi's.

Edited review: I recently had an amazing experience with one of the managers at this location named Robert and I HAD to update my review because of it. I'll start off with the bad... On 12/19/20 we placed an order and were charged for that order but didn't receive what we paid for. Normally I wouldn't bother calling back, but it was such a significant difference in price so I decided to call and ask for either the correct order or a refund. The manager I spoke to at the time told me that he would cancel the payment and I would not be charged for that order. However I was charged for the incorrect order so I called back and he assured me I would receive a refund in a couple of days. He told me that it could take up to 14 days but that was rare and I should have my refund within 3 to 5 business days. When that didn't happen I called back again about 18 days later and that's when I spoke with Robert who was way more polite and willing to help than the manager I spoke to on previous occasions. He offered me a refund as well as the correct order I originally placed and was extremely eager to make the situation right. Ultimately I chose to just receive the order I originally placed and did not request a refund. When I arrived to pick up my order Robert gave me an extra pizza as well as two orders of crazy bread, several bags of cookies and a 2 liter of soda all free of charge to rectify the situation. Long story short, Robert is killing it up there and needs a little recognition. I'm not sure who the other manager was that I spoke to. I think his name might have been Michael or Matthew. Something with an M, but I'm not 100% sure. Either way he seemed less than eager to help me and gave me the run-around each time that I called. However the first time I spoke to Robert he fixed the situation immediately. We will continue to give this location our business. Original review: Loooooove their Pizza Portal. We use it religiously. It's super convenient on weekends during the dinner rush. We order ahead from their app before we leave the house and then it's ready in the portal by the time we get there. Always hot, fresh and delicious!
