Bamboo Sushi Bar & Hibachi Express

My husband and I were on a date and he ordered the panko fried chicken and I ordered the Sasquatch sushi roll. He enjoyed his meal and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the roll was going to be! It did take a few minutes longer my roll to come out but so worth the wait!! The combination of the ingredients was perfection. We also tried the chocolate mochi dessert, reminded me of a fudgesicle with a chewy outer layer…yummy!!

We were traveling back home to Lakeland from a long holiday and we decided to stop in Niceville, we saw this place and decided let's try it. We are so happy we did! From the sushi roll to the ramen bowl and the tempora shrimp, EVERYTHING was excellent, including the staff. We loved the atmosphere, relaxed and sport friendly, for those who like to watch football. When we make our way back to North Florida we will be stopping by again. I hope to see them in our beautiful City of Lakeland one day. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

From the moment I was seated at the sushi bar, I knew I was in for an unforgettable culinary experience. Chef Courtney's skill and precision were evident in every bite of her meticulously crafted sushi dishes. Each piece was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with exquisite flavors. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were unparalleled, showcasing her dedication. Not only was Chef Courtney incredibly talented, but she also possessed excellent customer service skills. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the evening, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Courtney’s friendly demeanor combined with his exceptional culinary skills truly enhanced the overall dining experience. Overall, dining with Chef Courtney was an absolute pleasure. Her masterful sushi creations, attention to detail, and warm personality make her a true gem in the culinary world. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bamboo Sushi in Crestview, and I'm pleased to say that it was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for a relaxed evening out. The highlight of the meal at Bamboo Sushi was undoubtedly the food. The flavors were exceptional, and it was evident that the chefs had a strong grasp of their craft. The noodles and rice in the dishes I ordered were prepared to perfection, with an ideal texture that left me quite impressed. One minor aspect to note was that the meat in some dishes could be a tad tough on occasion. However, this didn't significantly detract from the overall dining experience since the flavor more than made up for it. The sauces and seasonings used in the dishes were spot on and made for a delightful culinary journey. Considering the overall positive experience, I can confidently say that I will be visiting Bamboo Sushi again in the future. The combination of great flavors and excellent textures in their dishes makes this restaurant a noteworthy choice for those seeking quality Asian cuisine in Crestview.

Wish I knew about this place sooner! Inside they have a bar and multiple TV’s. The drinks are great and the sushi is delicious! It is à la carte vs. all you can eat but the prices are super affordable. The staff is awesome. They even have drink specials every night of the week! We ordered two HUGE rolls (pictured) and 2 bottles of Sapporo beer and it was $55. I will be coming here from now on!
