Extra Charge for Batter Crumbs?!?!? I requested extra crumbs with my combo meal and was surprised to see an additional charge on my bill when I got home, and this additional boat with about 2 tablespoons of crispies in it. Additionally, the combo meal was almost $9, which to my recollection is about twice as much as the last time I was there (granted, it's been awhile) and the fish fillets were half as thick (not more than half an inch thick). They forgot the slaw which is over $2 on the menu, so I had to drive back to pick it up, and was surprised to see that the slaw was in a container so small that it couldn't have held more than two tablespoons. Certainly NOT a good value since they're raised the prices AND lowered the quality and quantity of food you receive.

Was greeted nice through drive thru. Started to say my order, and was stopped bc she wasn't ready. After waiting for 5 minutes, she says the system went down and couldn't take my order unless I waiting 10-12 minutes. Nobody was even in the drive thru and it was 2:30pm. That should be the Busiest time for people trying to get food, not the greatest time for the system to shut down.

Tried to order 4pc chicken and extra hush puppy and 2 fish taco. First they said can not order extra hushpuppy due to low on batter! Which i drove half an hour just to get long johns! Then when got to window they said cant have fish taco due to tortillas not thawed. I asked fir manager they ssid she not in@ i ssid what kind of restsurant dont have items in menu ready to sell to customers during prime dinner rysh. 5:20 pm. Then when asked fir district manager # they refused to srrve me saidcwouls c as ll police if i fodnt leave! Worst service treatment ever!!!

For it only being strictly drive thru right now, it would be nice if they could speak to the customers when at the speaker when they take an order. No one talked at all and there were people there working. This place has been terrible for the last few months, either shut it down or hire new people. This is ridiculous.
