Pizza Hut

If I could give 0 stars, I would. When we were seated, the girl sat our menus on the table, and walked away without even a greeting. We waited forever, and I finally had to go ask for a waitress. She came and took our drink order, and food order. After a very long time, my husband's and my pizza came, but not my daughters Alfredo. My husband and I finished our food, and still no food for my daughter. We asked and were told it was coming. It didn't. We finally asked for them.to just bring it in a to go box, and the brought it right out. This food was never made until we asked for it to go, as the way it was in the take out box, was never put on a plate to serve. I'm sure it was not even made, until we asked for the 3rd time for it to go. I really don't think that we have ever had that bad of Customer service at a eating establishment. We were offered a discount coupon, but are from out of town. So, we've won't be c able to use it.

The pizza was good, although I feel like it's gotten thinner (We got hand tossed). The waiter was friendly but was not very knowledgeable about their products or specials. This location does not use pizza hut rewards. Also the salad bar is really only some lettuce and a collection of pizza toppings. We'll eat here again the food is good.

I go here a lot and lately it’s not been so great. I really love the salad bar, the lettuce is usually quite fresh and the ranch tastes delicious. I ate so much salad and breadsticks with my boyfriend that when the pizza we ordered got brought out we were already full. I only got half a piece down and he got one. So we had pretty much an entire pizza left. My biggest issue was our waitress who hadn’t been to friendly from the beginning. When we asked for a box, she brought a very small box as shown in the picture. It was a little annoying(it was obvious our whole pizza couldn’t fit in there) so we asked for a bigger box. She rolled her eyes and walked off. I was angry at that point. That was just really rude. The food was good, the service could of been much better.
