I work at this particular store and it truly is just one big family! It's such a welcoming environment and everyone seems so upbeat and happy! We go above and beyond for our guests and know our regulars by name and by their order!! If you want to be a part of a family setting that had great food then come on out and we'll take care of ya!!

Always my husband favorite restaurant chain... new dishes I like to try. Sometimes food might not be as hot as would like to be. Nice shopping selections for unique items too.

Broccoli and mash potato were good. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper. Service was great!! They love butter. Very grease food

Food was gross, the manager is expediting food in the kitchen so there is zero reason food this nasty should come out. Saw gentleman who worked in the kitchen with a beard about 8 inches long with rubber bands I don't believe this is allowed in a kitchen.

Food was good but not as good as other Cracker Barrel stores I've been to. Kind of skimpy on the French onions & taters, I thought, in comparison.

The food was great as well as our wait staff.
My only complaint is why are you not spreading customers out. Others should not be seated right next to us when there was plenty of room to spread people out. We were seated then other customers were seated next to us. They finished and another group was seated in their place. Besides reasons of
covid it would be nice to have private conversations.

They were out of a lot of stuff thar we would regularly order. This happened the last time we were there as well. We ordered a couple of different items and the poor waitress had to come back a few times and ask us to order something else.
Our waitress was sweet and kind to our tiny humans. (And us as well) the food did come out hot and tasted good.
