Applebee's

After having a fairly disappointing visit to the local Applebee's near me I was apprehensive when those with me chose Applebee's to eat at. I can honestly say I'm glad they picked it after it was all said and done. Had a great server and the food was delicious. Hats off to the chef and server that night.

The customer service here is the worst I’ve ever seen. I just started doing DoorDash and you have to wait 10 mins each time u come in while every server just looks at u and walks by until somebody finally asks if u need help. Talked to an Uber eats guy last night n he has same problem every time and there’s nobody even in store they just won’t acknowledge you at all. Horrible!!! Not to mention asked for a drink carrier n just handed it to me n told me good luck figuring it out.

Great Place for a Quick Meal!! I was in Crawfordsville for business, and I had just driven in from a 3-hour drive. I was looking for somewhere where I could get a fast meal. Being a seasoned Road Warrior Applebee's is one of my goto's when traveling since the food is always consistent and always good. This visit I was in the mood for something quick and healthy since I had been traveling all day. On this visit I went simple, I had a steak and some grilled veggies. The service was quick, my server was great and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were fresh, grilled well as they weren't burnt or overcooked and my meal was less than 600 calories. Just what I needed. This is a good place and I would eat here again.

Valentines day. Busy, 30 to 45 minute wait. Although if you looked around you can see at least 8 or more open tables. Tables sat un bussed at least 30 minutes or longer. While people continued to wait at the door. Employees chit chatted with regulars instead of trying to get people seated in an appropriate manner. Where was the manager? Because I certainly didn't see one the two hours I was there. because we had to wait 45 minutes 😒🤔🤨🧐
