Service was a little slow going through the drive through because the dining area was closed on a Sunday. All we wanted was a cup of coffee and luckily we were not in a hurry for it. Coffee was great and service was friendly that day. The only reason for the 4 stars is the wait. I am sure if fully staffed they are more timely with their service. Would stop again when going through and visiting Covington Location.

Everything was great except I needed a fork or something to eat my coleslaw with. I know that chicken wings are higher than usual but come on nobody should have to ask for eating utensils, straws, and napkins. pbt1706

I ordered a bowl of grits with cheese and receive my grits in a timely faction but had to get back in line because there were no cheese. When I stated to the cashier at drive-thru she said cheese is extra well I asked for cheese and didn't get it maybe she thought I couldn't afford $0.60 added to my order she wasn't very pleasant about their error this morning

I love Bojangles and I love that they open early. As a night shift worker, it's not often you find places open when you get off work....pulled up today at 5:18am (the menu and all lights were on) and after sitting for a few minutes, someone rudely informs me they open at 5:30....maybe update your hours online to reflect that..

Worst Bojangles I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. Not because of the food but how rude and unprofessional the staff is. Do not waste your time and energy on this location. Especially during the late afternoon/ evening time.
