Pizza Hut

If I had the option of giving this 0 stars I would have. I am usually a very patient person, but when I'm blatantly lied to, that's where my patience run out. On Sunday (and yes it was the Super Bowl), I ordered at 5:00pm, the app said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there I was told there was 5 orders in front of me and it would be another 25-minutes (this is where me being patient pays off). I said that's fine knowing it was the Super Bowl and the whole town would be ordering pizza. After 30-minutes I went back in. At this point I had already seen 6 people walk out with their orders. Logic would tell us that since 5 people had their orders before me mine should be done and waiting for me. I walk up to the counter and I am not told it's going to be another 30-minutes, and that 11 orders are in front of mine. This makes no sense. How could another 6 people order before me when I saw 6 leave with their food, and mine apparently kept getting pushed back? I told them to void the order. Their bad management of a busy day has nothing to do with me. The thing for the manager to do in that situation is apologize and put my order in next since I had already been waiting over an hour. I won't be back.

Considering this is the only pizza chain in town, you'd think they would try to keep their customers but NOPE! The staff is unfriendly and slow as molasses. An hour wait for a carryout order EVERY TIME I ORDER just tells me it's a staff issue and not a business issue. As someone that worked in a busy Papa John's for years, I understand being in the weeds, but not as often as this place, and when they are in the weeds they can't be bothered to update their online system to let their potential guests know so that when you show up 30 minutes after you place an order that's rated for 15 minutes and it's not ready for another thirty minutes, that's a problem.

This place has really gotten bad. A couple months ago I called in a to go order went in to pick it up and the manager herself dropped my pizza box with the pizza in it. It fell to the ground and she picked it up and gave it to me didn't even offer to fix a new one. I haven't been back since then. Well today I really wanted bread sticks. I ordered bread sticks and a personal pan pizza the cost came to 10.40 went to pay for it with a 50 and that was all the money I had. The cashier is going to look at me and say I don't have change and I'm not giving you all of my 5s and 10s can you run to a store and get change for that. Are you kidding me? What would have happened if I would have been eating inside and that was all I had. I will not be back. If there was anything less then a 1 star that's what they would be getting.

We won't be returning. Restaurant was dirty, front to back, top to bottom. The booth we sat in was covered in sticky handprints. It's the first time I've not eaten from the salad bar. EVERYTHING had been frozen and was wilted. Every tomato had burst, the cucumber slices were multi colored and limp. Service was slow even though there was only four booths of customers. We regularly eat at Pizza Hut. This one we won't return to. Sorry. Not being from the area now we understand why the Cucci's parking lot was so full.
