Firehouse Subs

If I could give 0 stars I really would… I come to this establishment almost every week and I’ve always enjoyed my experience with this store specifically don’t get me wrong, but I always smelt a weird smell but figured it was from all the food being made at once… until I realized the god awful smell was coming from the gentleman putting the meats on my sandwich. I could not believe the smell I almost wanted to leave if I hadn’t spent $18 on this food… never again am I coming back to this establishment as long as he is there

Visited at 1:30 on Sunday afternoon and waited 25 minutes for one sandwich. Four people placed their order ahead of me. It took six employees to make one sandwich every 3-5 minutes. No manager on duty. Food was ok, but $15.00 for a large sandwich, chips and drink is too much. Use to be a good shop; not sure what has happened.

I had a very bad experience here. I went to order what I usually order at subway but I heard good things about firehouse subs so I gave it a chance, low and behold as this heavier set dude makes my sandwich he’s breathing over it like he’s gasping for air and he smelled like straight up cat urine. I have a lot of cats so I know what that smells like. I am never going there again. There health score was under 90 and I am absolutely positive he was the reason why.

Came in and ordered fine but when I got to near the end of the line there was a heavy set guy that smelled absolutely horrible and shocked me that the guy was handling my sandwich and then he got out of breath (I don’t know how) and breathing all over my sandwich, I turned and seen the health score was a 87 and I knew why every time he clocks in the health score drops 6% along with the property value. I don’t understand how someone with such bad hygiene can be aloud to handle food. Will not be coming back.
