Customer service use to be great here at this location. That is no longer the case. Went to order my “specialty” coffee this morning and the girl said we no longer have those…I mean…our machine is broken. I said okay no worries…I’ll have a have a hash brown and…then I took a moment to decide on which sandwich I wanted and the girl got on the speaker and said…AAANNND??? I said I’m just trying to decide on what exactly I want. She had bad attitude the entire time, acting like I should have know that the machine was down…or they aren’t making them anymore or whatever. Save yourselves a trip and go somewhere else.

Terrible McDonald's i called and gave my name because my order for breakfast wasn't right. Show up name wasn't written down no replacement. Ordered a big breakfast this is what I got....egg didn't cover the sausage

Fries were old and lukewarm. I really like the guy who takes the money, he's been there the last several times I've gone through the drive-thru. He's young but efficient.

Probably St Tammany's least consistent McDonald's. I have gotten cold (not lukewarm but actually refrigerator cold) Big Mac and today was cold fries that we returned and replaced with unsalted hot ones.

Ordered the BOGO special of 2 quarter pounders for my wife and me plus a tray of fries. Burgers were way overcooked and hard as toast. Both burgers were barely warm. Burger patties were so thin that 5hey looked like regular patties and not quarter pounders.

It was the first time I heard a Macdonald employee say that he is too busy to serve a customer and to use the machines to order only knowing that you cannot use them,,,. with the ordering machines they are only making their employees weaker and the worst thing was the manager who said it at 1077 Covington

My experience is based on dine in. This is a standard quality McDonald's with polite staffs and located convenient next to a gas station. Manger was attentive and quickly replaced the missing item from my order. Food on the hand left much room for improvement. Grilled chicken sandwich tasted soggy and looked like it was microwaved. McChicken was average and the buns were wetter than I expected.
