Saltgrass Steak House

The ribeye and ribs were delicious along with the sides. Ribeye- tender, juicy and well-seasoned. The ribs were just about falling off the bone and had an unctuous barbecue sauce. The only thing that left me a bit flat was the chocolate doberge cake that was intended to have the consistency of a cake ball, which I thought was OK, but I would much rather a different chocolate dessert. The server was really great and it has a nice atmosphere. Looked like a slow night for them. Probably deserves a bit over 4 stars for what we had, but a busy night is a truer test, of course.

Not impressed! We got to the restaurant about 7:40. We were seated and the waitress took our order. We got the salad in a timely manner and also the appetizer. No problem. We did not get our food until 9:13. That is totally unreal. This was the first and last time we will eat at this restaurant! Dissatisfied from the word go!

Seated and booth smelled like old urine- the best explanation would be an old bar restroom...advised Manager and he couldn't smell anything...amazing how that happens. Placed order, appetizer took about 20min, main order was not correct either...loaded sweet potato came out with bacon bits, sour cream, butter and cheese...who knows. Will not be back.

I ordered the Full rack of Ribs. & mashed potatoes/ green beans . Food comes as a half a rack & half of a potato 🥔. Nothing mashed @ all. Wife’s grill chicken was great - waiter tried to explain supply shortage of ribs …. 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Even left a 30% tip. Our waitress wouldn’t even come back to our table to get the check. Last visit for us.

My sister, her friends, her friend’s mom, and myself all went to this “restaurant” yesterday to celebrate after their ring ceremony. We got there at 12:40, was seated, and were repeatedly dodged by our waitress. We were STILL there at 1:42 with no entrees, just the appetizers and drinks that we ordered. We didn’t even get the bread that’s supposed to come when you’re seated, but we looked around and everyone that came after us had theirs! One family even came in after us, got their food, and was out of the door BEFORE us (we had the same waitress btw)! We just paid for whatever was on the table and left. Didn’t even get to taste our meals to see if that was at least good. It was extremely upsetting! Just poor service! If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Sat at the bar with a friend for lunch. Got the order of fried onion rings as a shared app and glad we did. The order is huge and very tasty. Had to ask for small plates and also for silverware and napkins. My friends steak was ok. He was more impressed with the mashed potatoes. When my pork rib order hadn't come out 5 minutes after my friend's steak I had to ask. Seemed to me the oder got lost in the kitchen and there were less than 15 other diners at the time. We were told something about my green beans had to be started from scratch was the reason for delay. Not a good day for Saltgrass.
