I really love this location the best. It always brightens my day when I go through the drive thru and I hear Ms Mary's voice over speaker. She is a very sweet person. That's why this location is my favorite of all.

Both last month and this month this location is out of cinnamon powder. I can go get it at the grocery store around the corner why can't you? Otherwise this location is fine the staff are friendly and helpful.

I sat in the drive thru line for literally 25 minutes just for her to tell me they were out of the only thing I wanted. But for some reason the app will let you order it. Makes no sense at all.

The speed of this Starbucks has massively improved in that past few months. This location is always busy with it being off I-12 and 190, it’s at no fault of the staff, however Starbucks should consider another location on 190. Service is always friendly and attentive and never rude. I did a mobile order last week and someone took my drink with me not knowing. I made my order about 20 minutes before I arrive while leaving Slidell. Luckily I spoke with someone behind the counter asking and they saw my drink was gone, they quickly made it and I was on my way. No complaints here! ❤️

I found this Starbucks as I was headed back to GA. The line was long but it moved fast! Great customer service, food and drink prepared perfectly and in a great location! I look forward to my next visit.
