Your employee Taylor was smoking an e-cigarette while behind the counter during her shift.. she was letting all the phone calls ring and had a livestream on her phone distracting her. Very unprofessional

Bad lettuce. Did not cut sandwiches. And complained as people walked in. Ran out of bread earlier in the night and did not clean or prepare fresh toppings . Brown lettuce. Pop was also water instead of sprite. Paper was intangled in sandwich and got soggy causing me to take off toppings to get paper out. No enthusiasm for the job. Was my favorite cg subway. Subway is still a place i go to for a cheap good quality sub with the ingredients i like. Even at $7.20, a cold cut sub is a value. I wish they would get some better bread. Jimmy johns and cousins has THE BEST BREAD! Massive overhaul but couldnt offer a french bread.
I dont eat there very often but when i do, its with a coupon or just a cold cut sub.

Austin and Eric(?) were the best. I have never been to a subway where the workers actually looked like they wanted to be there, and they were extremely helpful. Really good service, I hope they are treated well!

Sandwiches were fine. We were treated very rudely by two gals on staff today - the 11 year old with me asked after our experience, "why do they hate their jobs?"

I've purchased sandwiches a number of times from this location, the last 2 haven't gone well.
Ordered 4 sandwiches and one they forgot the meat , yes all sandwiches were order with meat.
Didn't bother letting them know. Just made the best of it.
This last time the person making the sandwich wasn't wearing a mask. If covid 19 is a concern, I wont recommend going to this Subway on Jogenson Ln. Cottage Grove, Mn

The bread was soft and when toasted, the edges did not get crumbly. The ingredients were all fresh and the whole sandwich was made evenly. Workers there are nice and clearly take care of the store because I couldn't find anything that was dirty or misplaced in the store. Highly recommend this location.
