Subway

No stars deserved for how my issue with the order went. No customer service whatsoever. I was given 3 chicken teriyaki when I wanted 3 chicken bacon ranch. I noticed the oder was wrong in line and I asked the ladies if my order was chicken bacon ranch, all they said was "add bacon". I don't work there, so I'm assuming they have it figured out. I usually don't grab a receipt but this time I wanted it. Lo and behold my order was a cluster of wrong. I called and asked to see if my order was charged correctly for a chicken bacon ranch and the best solution given to me was "I paid for what I got so yes I was charged correctly"...wow. customer service failed. If I was a secret shopper, I'm sure the owner would be having words with their staff today. This solidified my decision to never come back. The only positive that came out this issue, was that I got my full refund plus my tip back.

The service was horrible from the moment we walked in there. The gal that was behind the counter at 12:26pm on 2/18/2022 was not friendly at all. It was like we were inconveniencing her by being there. She kept snapping at us on what we wanted on our sandwhich,and then slid it to the next person to finish while our sandwhich slid right off the wrapper. Then at the register I told the young man about our experience there while ordering ,and all he did was laugh about it. Very bad customer service,and nobody knows how to treat a customer with respect. How hard is it to smile? How hard is it to be curtious to a customer while they are giving you the business. I can hardly believe that the owner would let this kind of service go on without their knowledge. I will never go to this subway again.

This store deserves a zero rating. Blatantly obvious the owner doesn't care about customer service what so ever. It's run by teenagers who can't even make a sub right and they don't care either, no apologies for the inconvenience or anything. I've had 2 bad experiences here and I'm done. Worst subway I've ever been to, no wonder their rating is terrible. Their employees talk back to you and want to engage in an argument when they mess up, it's disgusting. Owner just makes up excuses for them when contacted, this place is a joke

This place needs to be shut down. The employees are extremely rude and arrogant. The assistance manager is a joke and can't control her employees. I walked out after waiting close to 10 minutes, watching them have childish banter and making countless drive thru subs in front of me. Finally I said come on guys.. I'm getting hungry can you quit the chit chat and make me a sub? After I was verbally assaulted by their young females employee I asked to speak to the manager. I was trying to explain what was going on but this rude little girl kept interrupting me. Does any place have customer service anymore?! When I said I would be contacting the owner they laughed at me and said go ahead. I will never been back. Jersey Mike's is opening soon in Hastings anyways. I used to eat subway at least once a week.... I'm so done. Watch out for fake eyelashes in your food as well.
